By placing an order through Luxepurseclub, you agree to the return and refund terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and a smooth experience.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If you can’t find a return label in your package, don’t worry—our shipments do not include them. Simply email [email protected], and we’ll assist you with your return or exchange.

To start a return, contact us via email and include your order number, full name, proof of purchase (e.g. screenshot), and your reason for returning the item. If the item is defective or damaged, please include a clear photo or video as proof. Once we receive and verify your return—usually within 24 hours—we’ll confirm via email. If approved for a refund, the process will take up to 14 days, with an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We accept exchanges only in cases where the item is defective, shipped incorrectly, or is the wrong size. Please contact us for support. In these cases, customers will not need to pay return shipping fees.

Refunds are processed after your returned item has been inspected. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your financial institution to finalize the transaction.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. After this time frame, cancellation may not be possible if your order is already in production or being processed.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly, including street name and house number. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
